Discovery

The executive board of the West Michigan Risk Management & Trust / West Michigan Worker’s Compensation Fund….. (yeah…that was the name) came to us thinking they only needed a website. Through several conversations about content for the website we discovered the organization didn’t have a brand identity or ownership of their message.

About:

Michigan School Insurance Programs [MSIP] is a membership pool consisting of over 25 public school districts combining their insurance policies to gain discounted premiums and knowledge sharing about risk management and reduce liability procedures.

Strategy

Through an extensive competitive audit, member interviews, and compliance research we gathered the resources and industry knowledge to help bring a brand identity to the organization as well as a roll to plan to launch both an asset and marketing based web presence.

Solution
